There were 2 other apartments for sale at the same time as Unit 202, with other agencies. Both of these apartments were comparatively better than 202, in terms of size and location in the same complex.
Neither of these 2 apartments had been styled for sale. Unit 202 sold for $10,000 and $15,000 more than these other two units.”
